My experience with this dealership has been horrib...

My experience with this dealership has been horrible after purchasing a vehicle with them a week later I got a check engine light but then it went away but I decided to make an appointment with my local Subaru dealership to see what the problem was. The day of the appointment my car wouldn't start, so I had to call off of work for the first time and get the car towed to the dealership. I called Toyota of Grand Rapids to inform them of the problem unfortunately the general manager wasn't there so I left a voicemail and I also left a voicemail for Jay. I didn't get a phone call from the general manager and Jay said I would receive another call but never did. I have been calling for several days with no response and now I have been left car less for a week now. I put a massive down payment for a lemon car which was the biggest mistake of my life and in this following week i'm meeting up with a lawyer to resolve this case. I don't recommend this place to anyone since their customers aren't important to them and they just want to make money off of their defective cars.
