They are very friendly. I arrived 3 hours before check in time and they let me in since the room is ready with no additional cost. Also I check out one hr late and no charge of that. The hotel is old but they did great job in maintenance. Also, picture shows room is big but is is really small room. Location is great and closed to subway. It is 15minutes walk to time square and everything you need is closed by.
