I have had my car services at this dealership for ...

I have had my car services at this dealership for the last 4.5 years and the experience has always been first class. But tonight they removed the baby seat from our car and did not re-fit it properly. In fact we found parts of it in the boot of the car. We have called the service manager - Tonny Brinkmann - and he has said he will call us back and arrange for someone to re-fit it at our home this evening as we have plans to take our little girl away this weekend.
