I went to Jordan's to chose a mattress and I have a great first experience. I am drawing a blank on the name of the salesman. I went back a week later to order the mattress and my original salesman (perhaps his name was Daryl) was with another customer so he told me that Luke would help me.

Since they work on commission, I really wanted to stick with my original salesman but he said it was not a problem because he was not sure how long he'd be with the other clients. So I went along with Luke.

I found Luke to be a bit abrupt and not as accommodating as the first salesman. It seemed to me that he realized I had already made a decision and just wanted to rush through the sale and be done with me. One question that I asked was what happens if I am dissatisfied and he told me I could exchange the mattress for a $150 fee.

The mattress was delivered (on time and very professionally done) and I commented to them about the possibility of disliking the mattress and it was the delivery men who informed me I had SEVEN days for an exchange at NO CHARGE!!!!!!

How is it that Luke failed to tell me that bit of information?
