Poor customer service!!! I wouldnt recommend for my friends... I would be happy if they train up their staffs well!
We went to gateway Toyota on Oct 18-2016,we asked for used ravs and used venza,so the sales man escorted us to ms.Fallon McCormick,and told us that she is gonna show us few vehicles.she brought the keys of 3 ravs 4s ,we test drove one and initially she want us to test drive inside the parking lot itself,but we said we want to get the feel of the vehicle so we have to take it outside,aftr we came back we asked her to show another one she refused to show the vehicle also she said all ravs runs the same ,(I understand if it's new but we were looking for used )then we asked her to show venZa she is like guys u have to make Ur mind first ,which one u need coz we r closing in 45 mins,a and also she sounded very rude and consent want to show any vehicles,she jus want the buyers to choose from what the show and buy it without test driving.
My only request to the people is try not to do business with this kind of attitude people and also encourage toyota to train staffs more about customer service,there is lots of competitors who wants business please don't loose Ur business hiring these kind of staffs..
