This place has great rating because the the employees love their job. If they didn't , this place would be like all you other subpar big box stores. THEY ARE AMAZING at HiFi-Buys!!! I recently had some audio modifications done. From the time I met my salesman Lee, he was patient and thorough. That goes long and make me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to go here and recommend HiFi-Buys
