I initially called to request my home and two business locations be switched over to Clearview. The rep who helped me was only able to help me with the residential side. There were several complications with switching over, including misidentifying my business account as a residential one.
Mazen stayed in touch during the transition and fixed the rate so that it retroactively applied to my account. I was very impressed with the prompt service and communication and ultimately resolution to the issues we were having.
