I like staying at the Crowne Plaza at SFO because ...

I like staying at the Crowne Plaza at SFO because the pool water is actually heated although small. The restaurant calamari was full of grease and tough and the drinks were bad and expensive to boot. The breakfast buffet wasn't good because bacon was super greasy, French toast and eggs weren't cooked well. One complaint I did have about the executive was carpeting by window was wet. Maybe all the rain we had in bay area but cleaning maids should've noticed, reported it and dried it up because the rug smelled and we couldn't figure what the smell was until we stepped on wet rug by window.
