This is going to be a mixed review. Some good stuff and some not so good stuff.

The good. They have a nice, friendly staff that listens to you and will try to solve your problem. If I had warranty work, I would go here without hesitation. They appear to be technically competent. if you've been there a few times, you'll have an assigned service adviser.

Now the not so good. I took it in for a oil change (not warranty) and to check (followup) on a recent AC repair that was recently done under warranty (to verify that it was fixed). My regular service adviser was out that day, so I was inprocessed by one person, then handed off to another adviser. An item on the service list (scope) was explained one way when I checked in (free verification of the AC), and an other way when I checked out (reprograming computer) for which I was charged almost as much as the oil change.

At home, the dash started to display the message that I was past my service date (which I just had performed). This came on every time I started the car. Then I started getting emails from the Dealership telling me my car was past due for service followed by a phone call. I made an appointment to go in to have it reset again (I don't live close by). I came in (first in line) and had the computer reset (literally 3 minutes). I asked my regular adviser about the charge for a "scope", to which I was given a third explanation. It's performed on all cars coming in for service; check a bunch of stuff like fluid levels and tire pressure. Wish he had been there when I checked in.

But that's not all. A few days later, I got emails telling me I missed the appointment. I replied via email that I had not missed the appointment; that I was the first one in that morning. I received a reply that it was a computer error, and that it was taken care of. A few days after that, I get a phone call from a California phone number for the dealership in Nashville, again telling me that I missed the appointment, and would I like to reschedule. You can imagine my response.

In summary, they generally do a good job. I think this happened to me because I was handed off to two other people. If it's not a warranty repair, be sure to review every item on the service list very carefully. After the service and before you leave, go to the "service due" screen and check to make sure the respective service has been reset correctly. And try to get your assigned adviser.
