Hello, my name is Parmanand Dewalkar. Currently Working as a Trainee engineer (Engine design) in UTS India. I'm a first class Mechanical graduated from Nagpur University.

In college days I was particularly interested in design subjects and also I got to know that automotive industries uses Creo, Catia, inventor etc software for design. I was searching for best place where I can develop Software & project management skills along with personality.

I have joined IKSC Knowledge Bridge in July 2017 immediately after my BE. Psychometric test helped me to choose Power Transmission as my carrier domain. Here, I have build my expertise on Creo 3D Modelling, Drafting, Assembly, Simulation along with GD&T. I have also taken training on green belt six sigma, DFR, PLM, etc. The Study projects along with short term projects have giving me insights as to how industry works and expects from freshers. Periodic meetings at IKSC improved my confidence and communication skills.

I feel that IKSC is the right place for those who wish to gain Industry oriented knowledge. Guidance from Dr. Atul Patil plays important role in shaping our personality.
