The desk person who checked us in was very cold and unpersonal. When we approached the front desk she not only didn't greet us but didn't even say a word to us when we told her that we wanted to check in! Not a "ok," or even a nod but looking down on her keyboard and typing away! We had no idea if she heard us or was she doing something else. A very bad first impression of this hotel and of Hong Kong since it was our first time visiting. I'm giving 3 stars because of the location and the room was comfortable and quiet.
