While the dishes were certain inventive (scallop cerviche, flame grilled mackerel, lamb with jerusalem artichoke), I felt they were slightly lacking in execution for such a famed place - too meat heavy and somehow felt unbalanced. The predessert (a sweet and light citrus, sorbet and meringue) and dessert (brown sugar tart with stem ginger ice cream) were both delicious.The menu really rises above all at this place (even the slightly dated decor!), my favourite is the flame grilled mackerel.
