Very neutral about Toyota of Richardson. Theo and his Manger, I forgot the name (sorry,) was very helpful in the whole process. I got an excellent deal on a vehicle that I purchased. The after sale is where they get you. I was able to get the 2nd key programmed and that was it. No return calls afterwards on promises that they made. I'm trying to get a "we owe" done but no one wants to return my calls or emails. I'm glad that I didn't pay the reconditioning fee. I'm about to give up and just pay out of pocket for something that they should have caught before putting it out on the lot. A different dealership quote $$$ on what was suppose to be my "we owe". More than the cost of the reconditioning fee.
