Management reached out to me and resolve the issues ASAP. Everyone is very professional and took great care of me. Very happy. I can tell that the staff at Toyota of Richardson will do whatever it takes to make things right. Thank you so much!

Very neutral about Toyota of Richardson. Theo and his Manger, I forgot the name (sorry,) was very helpful in the whole process. I got an excellent deal on a vehicle that I purchased. The after sale is where they get you. I was able to get the 2nd key programmed and that was it. No return calls afterwards on promises that they made. I'm trying to get a "we owe" done but no one wants to return my calls or emails. I'm glad that I didn't pay the reconditioning fee. I'm about to give up and just pay out of pocket for something that they should have caught before putting it out on the lot. A different dealership quote $$$ on what was suppose to be my "we owe". More than the cost of the reconditioning fee.
