They were punctual, but the worker did not install...

They were punctual, but the worker did not install the window correctly. This I had to return the next day as the window did not go all the way up. The owner was fine, but the worker was argumentative and wanted me to wait for 3 other jobs. Then when fixed, the window made a noise. The worker argued again, but was made to take it all apart and there was yet another mistake which he finally fixed. Not the best experience.
