This place is so underestimated. Everybody goes to villa d'Este (which is beautiful! But always packed with so many tourists) and only a small amount of people go to this magnificent historical place! This place is so lovely! It's basically a city! It's huge!

I really appreciated the benches under the trees every 150-200m, they were of great help for those who can't walk for a long time.

I wish there was somewhere to get fresh water/drinks, other then the 1 spot which is at the beginning of the long tour. After that there's no where to freshen up.
Obviously I understand the importance of the historical place but on a very sunny day in August...it was quite a challenge walking around with no water.
Also, the beginning of the walk is quite a challenge since it's uphill. I saw there's a service with a golf cart for people of older age or pregnant women. That was vhery nice!
