My litigation is still in the works. What I like about James DeZao's law firm is that everyone is very attentive, responsive and professional.
On occasion I wanted to talk to Jim directly and that was never a problem. I have had attorney's in the past with other firms that you just could not get them to respond to you. Not with Jim and his very competent staff.
Apparently everyone has different duties. As my case has progressed I found I was working with the next specialist. They apparently keep very good notes and documents, because everyone knew exactly where we are in the case.
Overall, I am pleased with Jim's firm and I am confident they will fight for the best and most equitable settlement for me.
