Based on the conversation I had today with the cancellation person, I wish that I could give zero stars. Disgusting!!! He actually fought with me telling me that I had requested a service during a conversation I had with him in July, 2017. Do they think that we are seniors with dementia?? I am 58 and remember the conversation very well. I told him the same thing that I told him today. We did not sign up for long distance service and requested that they stop the service immediately. He applied pressure at that time and I agreed to consider the information that he had given me and get back to them if I decided to switch. The FIGHT, and I mean fight continued for 10 minutes until I asked to speak to his manager. He told me that the manager would get back to me within 48 hours. He also told me that my credit rating would be impacted if I did not pay the $46 that I have never been billed for. This outfit has a website that appears legit, but it has scam written all over it. Stay as far back as possible! I am totally comfortable providing this review in advance of speaking with the manager. The interaction with the person I spoke to today was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had.
