Simply awful, do not use this company.

Ordered a rug from them that was " in stock" on the website. After a week with no delivery, I emailed their support to ask where it was...they replied to my email 5 days later to say that it was out of stock until the following month.

I thought "fair enough" mistakes happen and continued to wait. A month later and still no communication or rug delivery. Emailed them again and yet again another 4 days to reply saying again that there were further stock issues and it wont be ready for another 2 months.

Bad service and Bad communication.

Do not use this company, you will just be wasting your time.

*edit* upon writing this review I was contacted directly by their customer services manager who apologised for everything that happened. She then took the case on herself and I had regular daily updates. Still did not get the rug and ended up getting a refund instead. It's a pity that this kind of service was not there at the beginning.

However I have also had several emails asking me to edit or remove this review. After looking at the other reviews it would appear many people have not got items they ordered but have put good review due to good service. I will however not be adding to my rating based on re-active measures taken due to writing a bad review in the first place.

I could not in good faith recommend using this company to anyone even based on the good customer service I received after all of the issues.
