Our AC/Heat unit broke and we needed to get a new ...

Our AC/Heat unit broke and we needed to get a new one back in November (2014). It has been heating our home beautifully and we have been very pleased. Last week we received a phone call from a coordinator in their office telling us they would like to come out for a spring startup. We never even thought about how well the AC would work since we had not used it since our installation was in November. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and my husband and I were very pleased that they reached out to us to schedule the service on their own at no charge to us. We are very pleased with our experience with Carrano Air.
