Uncertain.... The sales staff was pleasant, but the service dept has no clue as to whats going on. Our jeep sat there for nearly 2 hrs before I asked about it, only needing an oil change, and they never questioned or wondered why it was sitting in the middle of their garage. The porter never made mention that this is why we were there, yet no one asked about it either. Id say extremely poor attention to detail, but there was NO attention paid whatsoever. VERY disappointed in the nwa Jeep dealers...
