Just needed an estimate. Michael B was professional and did not pressure my wife and I one bit. He was empathetic to our plan on getting multiple estimates. Michael also made sure we understood all that Jim Moore would do for us so that we knew why the estimate was what it came out to. Its gonna be hard to go with a different company.
