Unprofessional staff!!!!! Worst customer service in Crowne plaza in a world. All Crowne plaza hotels have great customer service but not this.

1. They don t know different between twin and double room!
2. I staying in Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental around the world a lot of nights per year and know that Executive room is next up level after Deluxe room.
3. They charge my card for reservation even my room was fully prepaid!
4. After a lot of mistakes they do not provide to move our staff from one room to another that was provided.

Avoid this hotel!!!!!
