Jake Beckwith of Cameron's Eastern office was most pleasant and co-operative to deal with, was knowledgeable about the property and efficient in supplying answers to several questions, particularly of the vendor.
He was able to appreciate the spirit of the agreement and whilst allowing access for refurbishment prior to settlement he was mindful of the vendors' interests.
