Had the worst experience with this hotel and Tradewinds restaurant. A bug crawled out from nowhere as we were waiting for our food. Which took forever and we were the only ones waiting. The manager STOMPED the bug and kicked it across the room right in front of us, he apologized and said that he would have food sent up to our room, which never happened. Next day went into the store and the cashier over charged me then said that the tax on $1 was $1.29. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. I allowed my daughter to pick where she wanted to stay and do this vacation that's the only reason I'm continuing to be positive. Won't ever stay here again!!
