With the exception of the Executive Director, the Staff of this facility is excellent providing a marvelously pleasing experience no matter what the even that one is attending. The youthful staff is always helpful and able to help all patrons achieve a pleasurable day or evening no matter what the event!!!

The Director is very inflexible, rigid and unbending to the needs of the attendees at an event and refuses to cooperate and improvise with all involve to provide the most pleasant event experience. The City of Fullerton would do well to replace her if possible.
