after using the social channels .. google, messenger and facebook, I was contacted not quickly .. more '... practically within a few hours had closed my practice and today I find the bonificio on the bill!
in just a couple of hours I managed to get what was due to me and I had been asking for 6 months ..
this is the monclick I know ... precise and fast ...
I do not put you 5 stars for what you have made me suffer in the last months ...

(Until July 2018 I had always been very good with them but unfortunately I have been waiting 7 months for me to reimburse about 300.00 euros for a washing machine that I bought but never delivered to me because at the time of their courier's call I said not to give it to me as I asked for the withdrawal and they replied that they would handle the reimbursement procedure.
from August to today I tried to contact them by phone (impossible to talk to an operator), sent fax, sent e mail to which you dream worthy to respond in October saying that they did the necessary checks ... then more absolute silence. last fax last week where I said that I would have reported within 10 days but nothing .. everything is silent .. maybe on this channel someone listens to me .. I WOULD LIKE TO BACK MY MONEY ONLY FOR A PRODUCT NEVER GIVEN !!!
