As a customer, I had a very poor service, and was over charged for inadequate experience and this has propelled me to write this review.

I don't normally write review but due to the experience I have encountered I feel obligated to warn people.

They failed to fix the fault on the first visit and charged me with parts I didn't end up needing.
Then l couldn't get same engineer out twice due to them have a problems with a high turnover of staff and because of this, they are now employing people who has only done a two week electrical course, which he nearly blow up the machine.

When contacting the office the lady in charge she was very rude and try to BS me as she clearly didn't know the facts of the job. J.C.

I later found out that they are being investigated by the HSC due to a incident which involved a employee that lost a limp when working on a customer site, as they regularly work unsafely or not to current standards or regulation.

All in all, if you want to be overpriced, your damaged equipment, charge for parts you don't need by unqualified and untrained people, this is the company for you, otherwise look elsewhere, and save yourself the time and headache of dealing with them.
