My room was filthy, kettle had dust on the top of ...

My room was filthy, kettle had dust on the top of it and you could write your name on the tray housing the cups, milk, teabags, coffee etc etc. I also found a used cotton wool pad under the bed. Clearly not cleaned and maintained properly. Very poor.
Breakfast also was nothing to shout about, very bland.
