We are first time home buyers. Never had an alarm system before and didn't know where to start. Did a lot of research online for security companies. We called Safetech and spoke with a lady who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and she answered every one of them. She wasn't pushy at all. We scheduled an installation on a Saturday and the technician that came to our house did a fantastic job. He even cleaned up after himself.

I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.
