I spent most of the beginning of the year losing weight. I lost a pretty decent amount on my own (29 pounds) but coming to Active Strength was just what I needed! The energy in that gym is amazing. They push you to success every session. I used to think that as long as I just ate veggies that would be enough to keep the weight off, but Active Strength showed me that there is SO MUCH MORE to nutrition than we think. I am so thankful that I found this gym and I would recommend to not only my friends but strangers as well!
