Nov 2016 (5 stars): I found Richard helpful and efficient. I brought in my iPhone 5 to be repaired. It cost $90, not sure how it compares to other places; but it depends on the type of iPhone. He replaced the screen, and gave me a free screen protector. He did the repair in 30mins, which was super fast. One thing I would suggest is to attend to walk-in customers first; those on a call can always call back. I waited a couple minutes for him to end a call; but he was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable hence the 5 stars.
Jan 31/17 update: my screen is wonky - sometimes it is not receptive to the touch, no rhyme or reason. I will be contacting Stellar about this.
Feb 25/17 update: I sent a message via their website and almost a month later, no response!
Feb 26/17 update: I went in, and we had a disagreement.
March 1/17 update: I went back and Richard replaced the screen free of charge, out of goodwill. Thank you.

Overall, a good guy, knowledgeable and fast service. Just a bit unprofessional, but I think the stress of owning a small business is heavy; I won't fault him entirely. I adjusted my review to 4-stars (from originally 5).
