I can say we got a genuine property and the built quality is good, few things I don't like such as power backup works manually, which was supposed to be automatic when power went off, lift quality is not up to the mark and mainly we had a bad experience with reference to sanitary accecery, While in the construction time we gave our own sanitary to install and down the line in 3 years it was not functioning well, so went back to builder to handover the sanitary which was not provided while flat was handover and they ask us to pay for the same, which is totally not acceptable, as I paid full amount for the flat.
