in one of two Rogatki Grochowskie, built in 1823, as a post on the then border of Warsaw, which was marked by the so-called Trenches Lubomirski.
In 2001, the building was moved 8.7m to the south, which makes it the fourth, and so far the last, sliding building in Warsaw.
