I was very disappointed when I paid 800 DKK for a 15 minute trial at SPEAK in Frederiksberg. After 4 weeks, I received an e-mail telling me that I can collect my proof of proof in Hellerup ml. 10-14 on weekdays.

The fact that I need a vacation day to get proof 7-8 km from the original site was not communicated in advance, so I now feel cheated. Bad style.

UPDATE: after I wrote the notice, I was contacted here at FB by the Deputy Director, who offered assistance regarding the collection of evidence. I could feel she is very much in the reputation of their school and she understands my frustration about poor communication.
