We, my wife and I, purchased our house in Palmwoods in 2016 with Craig Barnby Real Estate as the vendor's agent. We couldn't have been more impressed not just with the professionalism of Craig Barnby but also the detailed knowledge he had of the property. Everything about the purchase was easy with honesty and reasonableness shown by Craig at all times. We subsequently engaged Craig Barnby Real Estate in August of 2017 to manage our house as an Airbnb rental property when we determined we couldn't move to the area permanently as we'd planned. We now enjoy and have been very successful working with Sandra Barnby, as Rental Properties Manager of CBRE, as well as the rest of the team (Paul and Sam) from time to time. Sandra has and continues to give amazing value for the fees we re charged.
