I was just informed by Nordstrom Rack that my online account would be terminated because I have returned too many items. This termination occurred despite being a loyal customer to Nordstrom stores for 20+ years.

They barred my account without asking why I return many items. I shop online because I do not have time to go to the store so I generally purchase several of the same type of item (e.g. dress, flat shoes) and keep one or two that fit best. Sometimes nothing looks or fits right - that is a challenge of buying clothes online. Nordstrom Rack also did not look at when I return them (generally within a week) or in what condition (in the original bag/box unused with all of the tags attached). Sometimes I go through I few rounds of buying/returning before I find the right item - it is called shopping.
When I called them for an explanation and to refute this ban, I was told that I have no recourse to unblock my account. I was told that I could still shop in the store (which is presicely what I am unable to do and why I shop online).
So much for good customer service...I deleted my subscriptions to Nordstrom....they now have lost a customer for good! #nordstrom #nordstromrack
