This review was for Nu. The company that rents cars within the Westin. I will never rent a car with this company again. The service was terrible and their counter agents are rude and disconnected if you decline their insurance. They told me my car wasn't ready yet and they needed 15 mins. After an hour I complained and they rudely pointed me to go outside where I waited another 20 mins for them to just go get a car off the lot. Awful customer service
