I recently purchased a backpack from this company's website. The design and color options were great, and the functionality of the bag is well thought out. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the material. It feels a bit flimsy and doesn't seem like it will hold up for the long run. The customer service was responsive, but the return process was a bit of a hassle. 🎒 Overall, it's an average experience for me.
