Now this is unbelievable!!! I placed a claim (21.06.16) for a car accident I had on the 19th June 2016 and until today I m still waiting for my car parts. To add insult to injury and unfortunately for me, since then I had another case of hit & run to my car and placed another claim on 17th August 2016.
After various enquires with regards to arrival of my car parts, I have today been informed by my panel beater that ONLY some parts from my second claim have been delivered to him whilst there is no trace of my first claim parts!!! This is totally unacceptable to say the least, bearing in mind that I have been with a broken car since June 2016!!!
Can someone look into this issue please and settle immediately.
