Jeff Perkins was the sales representative and technical advisor. Jeff was responsive and showed up the next day after the Initial call. He educated and guided us through the Selection process. He recommended the Pella Lifestyle doors and windows for our home addition to match the Pella windows on the existing structure. He provided all the details needed to properly install the windows and doors to our contractor. The 8 tall French doors recommended by Jeff look incredible! The doors and windows were more expensive than other options available, however, this product adds so much class to our home it is worth every penny spent. The doors and windows look amazing! The doors were delivered as promised. We are extremely pleased with the doors and windows and believe they offer good value.
