First time ordering due to their prices being better than the last 2 on line medical supply companies we were using. Prices are rising everywhere and we need to save money to keep up with our family member's limited budget. I also like that they are nearby in Utah. I like to order from medical supply companies on the West Coast or states close to us due to shipping will be faster vs ordering from East Coast Companies. It took 2 days to receive the order from the time I placed the on-line order. The site was slow at checkout but not sure if it was my pc or their site itself. Being a first time customer I received 10% off my order which in essence paid for the $9.95 shipping. They use a courier service which from experience can be a quicker delivery than traditional shipping companies. So far so good.
