OMG I have been bounced around like a ping pong ba...

OMG I have been bounced around like a ping pong ball. About 5 months ago our vacuum broke (we had a Protection Agreement). I followed up, followed up and followed up. No one could give me status updates. Finally bought a new vacuum (not from Sears). Receive an email the other day saying that Sears warranty is providing a voucher for a new vacuum and must be used within 90 days. I go to Sears outlet store, which is nearest to my home, and ask to place an order of Miele upright vac...They say I have to call a number and ask for an online voucher then I would be able to place an online order. Call the number and wait over an hour for someone to help. Get someone with poor English who said she ordered my item. I asked for a reference number or an email and she said neither was possible and that the deliver team would be calling within 48 hours. Knowing/feeling that it was BS I called again this morning only to wait then transferred then transfered again and finally again....
