1. In the end, every two or three months, we have taken an appointment to check only, not to mention medicines that are not covered by insurance. Do not ask about the patient s condition and if she has any other questions or natural questions that any doctor asks
2. No system is known and followed and applies to everyone. For example our first child was born in a hospital where there are no common rooms (our insurance covers shared rooms) so the patient gets a special room (because the shared system does not exist so the patient gets a special room [basic / basic] equal to the joint in other hospitals As for Samir Abbas, I paid 1,200 riyals to cover the difference (the amount was paid for a basic room) !!! Another example is my co-worker and his wife was born in the same hospital and did not pay a single riyal !!! Of course, I tried and tried everything: The medical director is a woman who does not understand anything, the complaint has been given, so I went to the entry department and the same tape came back. This is the hospital policy. You must pay. Knowledge of hospital systems and laws and administrative work. After that I contacted the insurance company and they told me that there is nothing in the system and that the hospital must enter the patient to the delivery room for delivery, and then the residence request is raised (after the birth), but the hospital links the patient's entry to his stay in a room to put his life at imminent risk. After that I went to the insurance and approvals department to be transferred to the insurance doctor, an Egyptian woman in a closed office with the key and when the door was opened for one of the approval employees, she was talking to her (as if you were talking to a minister !!!) and she couldn't because she had a meeting and that I had to pay to enter the wife into the delivery room and then I could address a company Insurance and refund !!!
3. Medicines were dispensed as treatment included in the costs of childbirth, and upon exit, the same drugs were dispensed with a paid amount (cash) so that we discover that they are repeated and that they are used for only one week !!
4. A deduction was made from the amount paid under the account, medicines that we did not order, and we were not informed about them until the remaining amount was recovered !!
Third: Insurance and what you realize is sad drama and boring waiting. When you raise the application, you have to go to the insurance department to raise the request and do its job !!
Fourth: The simplest of professional matters, which is what this hospital is missing. You will find this in many situations when an employee sends you another and the last one replies you first as if they throw responsibility on each other.
Fifth: There is no correlation between the departments, so it is natural for the nurse to tell you, this is not my job. Contact the other department, in other words that you are sick and complete you and take your age and then they ask you for treatment amounts !! Example when you check out, they are upset and the nurse tells you to make an exit for the child, then call us. We work for the patient. Exit !! I asked them for a wheelchair to transport the patient to the car.
Fourth: The lactation consultant is a new addition, but it is not free from exploitation. Her advice is good, but she sent us to the pharmacy to buy 2 cans of breast milk for the breast. As a professional and as a doctor, you were supposed to advise taking the fenugreek because it is milk-producing.
Finally: Birth is always difficult and disturbing to the mother and the job of the father or husband is to maintain calmness and bear peace in the same wife and bring happiness to her heart .. Unfortunately, I did not devote a lot to these things a lot through the birth of my second child with this bad hospital and I hope that no one will experience a bad experience Like the one I went through ..
