I have been a resident since 2017, my experience in the beginning wasn't bad but it was nothing to write home about either. Since Portiva has changed ownership (Aug 2018) my experience has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is always delightful to talk to, and they are very attentive to any requests. I recently dropped my keys down the elevator shaft while headed to my apartment. It was after hours and I had no other way into my apartment or my vehicle. I called the after hours maintenance line and surprisingly I was called back in under 10 mins of leaving my message. Dwayne came out to the property with a brand new key for me less than an hour after I called. He informed me that he didn't have access to the elevator shaft so it would have to wait a day or so to get a hold of the elevator company to see about possibly stopping the elevator and opening the doors to be able to climb down and retrieve my keys. The very next day, Monica (Regional Manager), contacted me to let me know she was working on getting in touch with the elevator company to send someone out. Two days later the elevator company retrieved my keys and I was contacted again by Monica and Heather (Property Manager), to let me know they had my keys.

I cannot say enough about the great support the staff has given, constant communication, professionalism and care for their residents needs. The property is beautiful, the apartments are great looking on the inside. I definitely feel at home when I walk on to the complex.
