Zadok Jewelers customer service is great. I had a few pieces that I needed to have resizing and from start to finish my experience with their team members was wonderful. They answered questions I had, all while keeping me informed throughout the process sending updates via their automated system. I was quoted a time frame of when my jewelry would be ready for pick up, and each time they were able to turn it around earlier than originally promised. All of their staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Segev Zadok, we will be back!
