Waited 45 minutes for checking in only to find out...

Waited 45 minutes for checking in only to find out they were trying to run the full bill on my card $600 rather than the $100 incidental charges. This occured after I provided a copy of my work authorization to them; they at front desk had no record. Room also warm, never got cool.
