My Talisman Initial vehicle was seriously injured ...

My Talisman Initial vehicle was seriously injured on public roads at the beginning of September 2019. It has been immobilized for 5 months now at the Kern garage, Renault agent in Souffelweysheim (67), because of an unavailable sheet metal part, and preventing the completion of the repair. The factory is unable to provide an availability date for this part, and this since last October !!! Lamentable and unacceptable! The brand is just incapable of providing after-sales service and takes its consumers hostage. Totally failed customer experience!
