I had my appointment on 6am 02/11. I called the shipping in 02/10. They said yes, you can park overnight here. Point +1 for overnight parking.

I checked in on 02/10. People are very friendly. I was told the pizza is in the freezer and they are waiting for the inspection guy to stamp the paperwork. Come back at 0500, we will gave you a door. Well explained . Point +1

I checked in at 0530, and backed to door 21. Now it is almost eight o'clock. The shipping didn't not even lock my truck yet. I know what happened. They are waiting for the inspection guy to come . Point -5 for late inspection.

I called my boss at 0900. He said the appointment set at 1000. It was him to change it to 0600. He hope I can get their earlier, get loaded earlier, and go back home earlier. Well I can understand that.

Loading started at 0930 finished at 1115. Not too bad. Point +3
