I bought an Inspiron 15 3000 laptop in September 2...

I bought an Inspiron 15 3000 laptop in September 2020. The delivered computer was faulty from the start. After three failed visits from repair technicians and after waiting for Dell to 'consider' the case they finally agreed to replace the computer. That was over a month ago! All I get now are emails in largely incoherent English which describe more and more delays. Last Dell I ever buy!!
