Trying to purchase a house that has a lien on it b...

Trying to purchase a house that has a lien on it by this company. My titling company and I have been trying to pay the owner's debt off in order to release the lien so I can purchase the home. It has taken over a week to get a fax that apparently was faxed this morning ( which is wasn't) and now I am being told I have to give a different fax number and wait another 48 hours. Last time 48 hours was 8 days and only after I have called 3 times a day at least. You would think they would want to get paid and finally get their money. I have never dealt with a company that handles business this way. The people are polite, but clueless.
